Martial Arts is a way to live. Not only just a simple punch or a kick, but it comes with art, science, knowledge from a culture of thousands years old. through ages it developed into a very beneficial art, called The Way of the Martial Arts or in Chinese ‘Wu Dao’. I see Chinese Kung Fu as an important part in the culture, because of practising Kung Fu, it gave me so much back in health and knowledge.
Martial Arts has been a very important part of the Chinese culture for thousands of years, and is still a major exercise to enhance the “chi” that flows within the body. “Chi” is the belief of “balance of energy.” To me Martial Arts already involved in my daily living.
A theory based on wise principles, beliefs and experiences from the past. A method to protect yourself and the weak. To keep up your body and health, physical and mental focus and balance. Practising Kung Fu has a lot of benefits, I will not name it all, just try for yourself.
It is a way to live your life ~
Believe in yourself, fight your way out.
